At REDCON1, we stand behind the quality of our apparel and gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
